Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my thanks & appreciation for your assistance last Thursday night - 29th November. My daughter had booked a limousine for her formal that didn't show up and didn't ring. I called your office at 6:40pm (formal was starting at 7pm) and was fortunate enough that a car had just returned from another job. You had the limo there within 10 minutes! The driver was wonderful, the girls stopped crying and I retained a few of the original coloured hairs on my head! Thankyou so much for your assistance in our circumstances.
